Any ideas on why my tattoo is fading?

i've done tattoos before, this particular one though has faded drastically. i did it with needle and ink like the others i've done. it lasted a month then started to fade, it's on my little toe and i think it's faded because my work shoes dont breath. i'm re-doing it tonight, Read more…
