Is There Anyway to Fade a Tattoo without Wrecking Balm?
Is there any household products or other type of ointment to fade tattoo's? I ask to not include Wrecking Balm because it's expensive and I heard it's a waste of money because it doesn't work

Wrecking Balm and other products of this nature do not work.
If you start messing around with household cleaning products, or acids, or burning or anything that is not Laser removal or a tattoo cover up, you can end up with a scary infection, ugly scaring, and a trip to the hospital. But you won't end up getting rid of or fading your tattoo.
The sun will fade it, but will not get rid of it. You will just end up with a blobby image that shows that you did not take care of it.
Laser removal is very painful, many sessions, very expensive, and you are left with a scar and/or a slight image.
Tattoo coverups are the most successful way to go, because they give you a new image that you want, they are usually very creative and unique by nature, and the previous image is gone from site.
Here's a number of examples of cover up tattoos with 3 pictures each to show before, line work, and new completed tattoo.

Your best bet is to save up for laser removal, unfortunately!
Anyway, can you say LASER REMOVAL ?!
Put the sunblock away.
