Tattoo + Tanning question?
Alright so I recently got my tattoo about 3 weeks ago.. All of the scabs are gone and it looks good, but I have prom coming up very soon and I need to go tanning, I don't want to look quite as pasty in my dress… Is it possible for me to go tanning and just use SPF50 on my tattoo? I can't really cover it because its on my arm and it will show.

Is there anyway to make a tattoo appear less noticeable? My sister got a tatt on her neck and she doesn't like it, and tattoo removal is out of the question because it will leave a scar..
Also is is true that you can't tattoo on top of black ink?
